How much do the courses cost?
All our courses are provided free of charge.  

Who are the courses for?
The Recovery College South East is  community facing and therefore our  courses are  open to everyone i.e. people who have mental health or addiction challenges, their families, friends and supporters, people who have an interest in learning more about mental health and wellness and those who work within organisations delivering mental health and/or addiction services.

Do I have to have any qualifications to join a course?
No. You can enroll even if you haven’t studied the subject before. You don’t need any school or academic qualifications to attend.  All our workshops are based around discussion and learning from each other. 

Will I have to do an exam?
No.  Our courses are interactive and work on the basis of learning from each other.  All our courses are co-facilitated i.e. expert by lived experience working alongside the expert by profession - shared learning experience.

I don’t want to do lots of reading and writing. Is there a suitable course for me?
People learn in lots of different ways. All our workshops are based around discussion and learning from each other.  Each session will be different as the students will bring their own individual contribution to the session.

Where do the courses take place?
The courses are run at different venues all over the South East ( Carlow, Kilkenny, South Tipperary, Waterford and Wexford) . Addresses are listed in each course description.
